The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the snackcoffees.com website. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Ordering

• When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www. snackcoffees.com for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.

• Your contract for purchases made through www. snackcoffees.com is with snackcoffees.com and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by snackcoffees.com .

• The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

• You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s ordered.

• If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.

• We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of dispatch. Should you wish to make any changes prior to dispatch, please contact our Customer Services team.

• It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

Conformity of Goods

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues are correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

snackcoffees.com will act immediately to correct any error identified and are under no legal obligation to honor a price displayed in error.

Cancellation

As an EU consumer you have up to 7 days from the day after you purchase your order to cancel and return goods you have ordered from us.

You can cancel your contract for sale of goods from us using our contact us form, or alternatively by contacting our Customer Services team by phone, email or post.

• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and they must be returned within 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 7 days has expired.

• If you cancel your order we will reimburse you within 14 days from when we receive the goods back or when we receive proof you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any ‘diminished value’ of goods e.g. worn clothing.

• We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchase it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in sealed unopened package, and in the same condition that you received it.  You must fill and enclose the return form.

Delivery

All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.

Snack has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Liability

We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. We may modify these Conditions at any time by posting the Conditions on our website.
